eZkrt Returns & Exchanges 

Important reminders: 

• Items must be in their original condition, including unopened seals, and accompanied by the original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and gifts. 
• Please note, a 10% cost of return will be deducted from the refund amount for returns credited back to your bank account. 
• Delivery charges may apply for pickup service. 
• Retain the original product box for 14 days to facilitate queries regarding any manufacturing defects. 
• If you've received a defective item (e.g., with ripped or missing parts, or other damage), it can be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

• Easy Returns and Exchanges: You can conveniently return your product on your doorstep with eZkrt. Our delivery agents will pick up the package from your location once the return and refund is approved by the seller

What if I receive a wrong product?:

Which products are not eligible for return at eZkrt?

Customized Furniture & Home Décor, Personal Care, Skin Care, Health Supplements & Devices, Sports Nutrition, Fragrances, Inner Garments, Lingerie, Swimwear, Socks, Tights, Grocery, Fashion and Pet Supplies are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.
