At eZkrt, we understand that your privacy and control over your data are paramount. Our Account Deletion Policy is designed to provide a transparent and straightforward process for users seeking to remove their accounts from our platform. 1. Requesting Account Deletion: 

Account deletion requests can only be initiated through the eZkrt mobile app. Unfortunately, users cannot submit deletion requests through our website.  

2. Verification and Order Clearance: 

Once a user requests account deletion, our dedicated team takes swift action. We begin by verifying the authenticity of the request and then proceed to clear any pending orders, returns, cancellations, or refund requests associated with the account. This step ensures that all transactions are resolved before initiating the deletion process. 

3. Account Deletion Process: 

Upon successful verification and clearance of pending activities, the account deletion process is initiated. We understand that data security is crucial, and our process is designed to prioritize the privacy of our users. It's important to note that while the account is deleted, certain data, such as past order details, will be retained in the eZkrt database for a specified timeframe in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

4. Criteria for Deletion Request Processing: 

For a deletion request to be processed successfully, users must meet specific criteria: 

  • All pending orders, returns, cancellations, or refund requests must be cleared. 

  • Users should not have any outstanding obligations or unresolved issues with their eZkrt account. 

If any of these requirements are not met, the deletion request will not be processed until all relevant matters are resolved. This approach ensures that users leave our platform with a clean slate and without any lingering concerns. 

5. Post-Deletion: 

Upon the successful deletion of an account, users will no longer be able to log in with the same credentials. It's important to note that the deletion process permanently removes the account and associated data from active use. However, for compliance and record-keeping purposes, certain information, such as past order details, may be retained in our database for a specific duration. 

6. Reuse of Email ID: 

We understand that circumstances may change, and users may choose to return to eZkrt in the future. After the successful deletion of an account, users retain the flexibility to create a new account using the same email ID.  
However, if you have opted for deactivating your account temporarily, you can re-activate it by reaching out to our customer support team.

  • Impact on Related Accounts: The closure of your eZkrt account also affects any related customer accounts, features, and services that are connected to your email address and password within the eZkrt site ecosystem.
