Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the date you receive your item.
Items purchased on ezkrt.com can be returned or exchanged through pickup. Please make sure that returned items include your order confirmation, a copy of the delivery note, all accessories.
Important reminders:
- Items must be in their original condition, including unopened seals, and accompanied by the original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and gifts.
- Please note, a 10% cost of return will be deducted from the refund amount for returns credited back to your bank account.
- Delivery charges may apply for pickup service.
- Retain the original product box for 14 days to facilitate queries regarding any manufacturing defects.
- If you've received a defective item (e.g., with ripped or missing parts, or other damage), it can be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.
- Return and refund requests are subject to seller approval.
- Once a request is submitted, the seller will review the item’s condition and reason for return. The seller reserves the right to approve or decline the return based on this assessment.

What if I receive a wrong product?:
Defective items, such as those delivered with ripped or missing parts, can be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval. You may be requested to share images or videos to support your claim for approval.
Which products are not eligible for return at eZkrt?
Customized Furniture & Home Décor, Personal Care, Skin Care, Health Supplements & Devices, Sports Nutrition, Fragrances, Garments, Edible Items, Lingerie, Swimwear, Socks, Tights, Grocery, Fashion and Pet Supplies are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.

eZkrt Gift Cards
1. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable:
eGift vouchers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges and cannot be canceled or converted into cash in any amount. They are intended for a single transaction based on the respective brand’s guidelines.
2. Non-Replacement:
eGift vouchers cannot be reissued if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. They will be delivered exclusively to the email used for the purchase and cannot be sent to another address.
3. Validity:
eGift vouchers are valid only until the date indicated by the brand, and should be used prior to that date.
4. Region-Specific:
eGift vouchers may only be redeemed in the designated region specified in the product description and cannot be moved or applied in different countries.
