Note: The ThinkPad USB 3.0 Ultra Dock supports videos with a frame rate slower than and equal to 24 fps. It consumes the notebook computer resource a lot when you play the video on the external monitor with a configured resolution of 3840x2160 pixels (30Hz). For smooth video playback, refer to the recommended system requirements at System requirement on the User Guide. The video with a frame rate faster than 24 fps may not be able to be played smoothly. You can downgrade the resolution of your external monitor to achieve better performance.
